Cold bonding method:
1) Mark the area for the patch. Cut a patch from PVC fabric or film in a size that is 4-5 cm larger than the damaged area.
2) Clean and degrease the patch and the area for the patch.
3) Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.
4) Dry for 5-10 min. Apply a second layer of adhesive and dry for 3-5 min. It is important to accurately determine the moment when the tackiness of the adhesive begins to
disappear (check by touching with a finger), place the patch in position and press firmly. We recommend leaving the bonded area under pressure for 3-4h. The bonded equipment can be used after 3-4h.
Hot bonding method:

2) Clean and degrease the patch and the area for the patch.
3) Apply a thin layer of adhesive to both surfaces to be bonded.
4) Dry for 5-10 min. Apply a second layer of adhesive and dry for 5-10 min.
5) Heat the bonded surfaces to a temperature of 60 °С, place the patch in position and press firmly. The bonded equipment can be used after 20 min.
Recommendations and advice:
Cuts and damages larger than 4 cm should be glued from both sides. For cuts and damages longer than 6 cm, we recommend repairing them in specialized workshops. For equipment repaired in tourist conditions with greater damage, we recommend re-repairing it with a two-component adhesive at the first opportunity. The operating temperature of the bonded equipment is from – 40 °С to +80 °С. Repair at a temperature greater than 10 °С. Store and transport at a temperature from – 10 °С to + 30 °С. Fresh adhesive can be removed with spirit or acetone. Maximum effect is achieved after 24 hours. WARNING FLAMMABLE! Keep out of reach of children. Work should be carried out in a ventilated room and avoid access to fire. Made in Ukraine.
